The Ambassadors app is the operational heartbeat of F. BINSABBAR. Every client interaction in Riyadh - a reservation, a private visit, a sale, a bespoke commission, an after-sales repair - is captured here. The app lives on the showroom iPads and on every ambassador's phone, and mirrors with the Online Store so a piece sold online updates the floor in real time.
It is intentionally focused: there is no calendar, no chat, no spreadsheet. Instead, the app is organised around the things F. BINSABBAR sells - Creations, collections, diamonds, services, bespoke pieces - and the people who buy them. Everything else is supporting infrastructure.
Full create, edit, and delete across every module. The only role with Admin Console access for inventory, users, archived recovery, and pricing-formula management.
Day-to-day sales: clients, draft and approved invoices, reservations, delivery updates, after-care service capture.
Hospitality, walk-ins, and Private Visits. Browses the catalogue and client book; the only role that can launch Guest Mode for showroom devices.

Start from a base model, customize materials, gems, and engraving, share a 3D preview link, then commission. The new piece is registered as Reserved to the client on the spot.
Generate branded Creation Cards and Bespoke Cards on demand for any model or piece. Send via WhatsApp or save as an image, with custom backgrounds and light/dark variants.
Ask in plain language: "Aldebaran in stock?", "What did Aseel buy last year?", "Find invoice 1064." The Butler answers from live data and links the underlying records.

The Ambassadors app is internal - distributed privately to the team. New ambassadors receive sign-in instructions by email after an AMBASSADOR PLUS creates their account.
